About the Event

 During this 2 hour event we will talk about how to take better care of ourselves.  We will discuss what Self-care really is and how we can make it a priority.  Prior to the event each participant will receive a packet via email with all the literature and handouts needed to make this as interactive as possible.  We will discuss journaling, coping skills, prevention, and as always give peer support and suggestions.
